Where falvour and ambiance meets abstraction
With this project, I was tasked with rebranding a local or national
brand. I chose the former and rebranding the Twiggs retaurant off the
Kingsway. It was a fun and interesting project to tackle as I had the
challenge of taking the current brand identity and rework it into one
that would lend itself at least in some ways better to the company.
The route that I took was that of expanding on the rich and modern
flavours of the food, and the welcoming ambiance of the restaurant and
represent them in some way. In the end, I came up with the solution of
abstracting these sentiments into red curvy shapes.
Where Clever meets Chips
For this advertising project, I took Popchips’ already cheeky copy and cleaned it up to make it more tastefull for all audiences. I took the opportunity to make a comedic approach with the campaign and make it as light and fun as the chips within the bag.
Where calamity meets prevention
This is my thesis project from my last year in the program. I took my horribly life-altering car accident and turned it into a prevention campaign. With this project, authentocity and authority were key in delivering the message with enough punch to break through the noise of a modern day consumer.
